Tax Changes
Capital Gains Tax on Property Sales is changing from 6 April 2020
Contracts for property sales completing on or after 6 April 2020 are subject to the new 30 day reporting rule for capital gains arising from the disposal of the property. This change applies for completions irrespective of when contracts were exchanged. The capital gains tax must be reported and paid to HMRC within 30 days. Full guidance is at:

- Mike cycled the 975 miles from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise money for the Brain Tumour Charity. Thanks to our generous supporters we raised over £6500 which will go towards the great work done to beat brain cancer!
Mike has always supported cancer charities and the work they do, and Accounting Kiwi has adopted The Brain Tumour Charity as its charity of choice.
We are planning more fundraising events so watch this page!
The Brain Tumour Charity helps cancer sufferers and their families manage life living with this disease. It provides support and counselling, aims to raise awareness, and funds research into early detection and cures for brain cancer. Dedicated research and focus on this disease will one day mean that those diagnosed with brain cancer can look forward to outcomes enjoyed today by sufferers of other forms of cancer.
